I try and use the assistance as little as possible! 8-10 on each side. 3.) 8-10 step ups on each side. 4.) 8-10 Lunges in each side. 5.) 10 second hold spread leg L- Sits. X3-5 6.) 20 strict leg lowers with 5lbs. 7.) 15-20 V-ups with 15lbs added.
